the room was big, with very comfortable beds. the bathroom worked perfectly. breakfast provided various options.

The swimming pool was advertised as a hotel amenity. It is actually a public swimming pool. anyone can use it and it is not exclusive for hotel guests. the gym opening times were incorrect. politeness at the reception seemed forced.

The rooms had ample space and comfy beds. the staff was really helpful. They gave excellent directions. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i appreciated the hotel's easy access to public transportation, especially the tram stop right outside (so convenient!).

The hotel is near a tram stop. it is near many shops and restaurants. I found the proximity to everything great. the area felt okay all time to walk around at night.

The room included a mini-fridge and a kettle. the beds were quite comfortable. We slept really well each night (the pillows were excellent!). the bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure.

the location is very nice, very close to many public transportation vehicles. buses and trams pass right across the hotel. one can find shops, buffet restaurants and coffee shops around. the famous imperial cafe is also close. my room was very nice, clean and tidy. the space was very sufficient too.
