the room was big, with very comfortable beds. the bathroom worked perfectly. breakfast provided various options.

The swimming pool was advertised as a hotel amenity. It is actually a public swimming pool. anyone can use it and it is not exclusive for hotel guests. the gym opening times were incorrect. politeness at the reception seemed forced.

amazing stay!

ample space comfy beds excellent direction breakfast buffet

The rooms had ample space and comfy beds. the staff was really helpful. They gave excellent directions. the breakfast buffet offered many options. i appreciated the hotel's easy access to public transportation, especially the tram stop right outside (so convenient!).

i noticed that the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours.

The breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit. there was a wide array of choices. I liked that there was cereal as well. the coffee machine made different drinks. It was very fast.

The hotel is near a tram stop. it is near many shops and restaurants. I found the proximity to everything great. the area safety was good to walk around at night.

The room included a mini-fridge and a kettle. the beds were quite comfortable. We slept really well each night (the pillows were excellent!). the bathroom had a large shower with good water pressure.

nice location public transportation buffet restaurant tidy room

the location is very nice, very close to many public transportation vehicles. buses and trams pass right across the hotel. one can find shops, buffet restaurants and coffee shops around. the famous imperial cafe is also close. my room was very nice, clean and tidy. the space was very sufficient too.

The room included a small refrigerator and an electric kettle with tea. the bathroom had good lighting and a modern design. daily cleaning service kept everything fresh. I appreciated that.
